The parties are advised that controlling Seventh Circuit authority does not permit a court to "retain jurisdiction" to enforce a settlement after dismissing a case with prejudice. This will convert to a dismissal with prejudice and without costs on 5/17/2024 without the need for a further order by the Court unless a motion seeking reinstatement is filed before that date.
