Court adjourned the bench trial to commence on 9/21/2026 at 9:30 AM. The final pretrial conference was adjourned to 9/14/2026 at 9:30 AM. The deadline for motions was extended to 7/17/2026. Oppositions due 8/28/2026. Replies due 9/8/2026. Counsel may confer on any further deadlines and submit a stipulated schedule to the Court, at which time the Court will issue an amended pretrial order. The Court addressed Mr. Cornog's request to permit video depositions.
