ORDER CANCELING DISCOVERY DISPUTE CONFERENCE. On 8/13/2026, the Court was advised of a discovery dispute by the parties and, in response, scheduled a discovery dispute conference for 8/19/2026 and directed the parties to provide the Court with a submission letter regarding the dispute by 8/17/2026. On 8/14/2026, counsel for Defendant advised the Court that, in light of Plaintiff's recent production, there is no longer a live discovery dispute requiring Court intervention. ORDER that, in light of the Court having been advised of a discovery dispute, the Court will hold discovery dispute conference via zoom on 8/19/2026 at 9:30 AM. Counsel is not required to be on camera and can treat the conference as a phone call. Log-in credentials will be emailed to counsel in advance of the conference. On or before 8/17/2026, each party shall provide the Court with a brief description, not to exceed three (3) pages, of the nature of the discovery dispute and their requested resolution as to the dispute, so that the Court may discuss the issues with the parties during the 8/19/2026 conference.
