STIPULATION EXTENDING DEFENDANTS' TIME TO ANSWER OR OTHERWISE RESPOND TO COMPLAINT: IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the undersigned, the counsel of record for Plaintiff THE KINSELY GROUP, INC. and Defendants COOPER ELECTRIC SUPPLY, LLC and JACKSON CAPRIO, that the deadline for Defendants to answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiffs Complaint in this action is hereby extended up to and including July 30, 2026. The parties' stipulated extension request is granted. However, the Parties are cautioned that "[r]equests for extensions will ordinarily be denied if made after the expiration of the original deadline." (Rule 1.C of the Court's Individual Practices). No further extensions to Defendants' time to answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint will be granted. SO ORDERED.
