ORDER denying 24 Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery. Counsel for Defendants filed a letter motion seeking extension of discovery dates and deadlines. The motion seeks to extend dates that have already been extended and refers to the original Rule 26(f) Scheduling Order at ECF No. 19. However, on July 27, 2026, this Court amended the discovery schedule to dates that are substantially similar to the instant request. (See Electronic Order dated 7/27/2026.) As such, the motion is denied with leave to renew should the parties seek further extensions at a later stage. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge James M. Wicks on 9/3/2026. (JAF)
