Minute Order Setting Settlement Conference Calls and Related Deadlines. The Court hereby SETS settlement conference calls with counsel for Plaintiffs and Defendants Officer Roman and Sergeant Sanchez ("CHP Defendants") only for September 3, 2026 from 12:00 pm. to 1:00 p.m. before Magistrate Judge Valerie E. Torres. By no later than August 31, 2026, counsel for each party shall email the Court at "efile_torres@casd.uscourts.gov" with their best contact phone number for purposes of the settlement conference calls. The Court will call each counsel separately at the number provided. In advance of the settlement calls, and by no later than August 19, 2026, Plaintiffs SHALL provide the CHP Defendants with a written settlement demand.
