Scheduling Order 1 - Terminate Hearings
SCHEDULING ORDER: In light of the representations at ECF No. 38 , the Status Conference scheduled for October 16, 2026, at 3:00 PM is rescheduled for December 7, 2026, at 10:30 AM before the undersigned via the Court's Video Zoom. The Court will e-mail the Zoom invitation closer to the conference date. All participants involved shall comply with Judge Wicks' Individual Rules regarding Expectations for Remote Appearances (see Rule § 1E).
The parties are further directed to file a joint Status Report on December 1, 2026.
