Clerk's Minutes for Status Conference held before Magistrate Judge Jerry H. Ritter on 8/14/2026: Attended by Plaintiff's attorneys Douglas Welmaker and Josef Buenker, and by Defendants' attorney Cody Rogers. Both sides want to go forward with the 8/28 settlement conference. Defendants will provide additional documentation to Plaintiffs ASAP. Plaintiffs will arrive by 9am and will go to the Picacho jury room. Defendants will arrive shortly after 9:30am and go to the Picacho courtroom. All participants will appear in person. Any non-attorney who needs to bring a camera-enabled device (phone or computer) must obtain authorization by order of Judge Ritter no later than 8/26. Position statements are due no later than 8/21 and must be emailed to Judge Ritter's proposed text inbox.
