FINAL JUDGMENT: By separate 41 order, the Court granted Robert Kennedy, Jr., Secretary of the United States Department of Health and Human Service's Motion for Summary Judgment. Therefore, the Court ORDERS that Angels of Care Home Health Inc's claims against the defendant are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
