   Status Conference Order on Oral Motion

   TEXT MINUTE ENTRY for telephonic status conference held before Magistrate Judge Ryan C. Carson on June 25, 2026. Savannah Lake appeared for Plaintiffs. Marna Munn and Timothy Sieh appeared for Defendants. The parties discussed case progression and interest in settlement. Plaintiff advised that although written discovery has closed, there are a few outstanding discovery issues. The parties are working cooperatively to resolve those issues without court intervention. Plaintiff orally moved for a thirty (30) day extension to the motion to compel deadline, as well as a fourteen (14) day extension to the complete expert disclosure deadlines. Without objection and for good cause shown, that motion is granted. The remaining deadlines will not be changed. A Fourth Amended Final Progression Order is forthcoming.
   
   The parties have not had recent settlement discussions but are encouraged to do so. The court will not order mediation at this time, but did offer to conduct a court-supervised settlement conference if the parties mutually agree it would be beneficial. If they agree, they are to contact chambers to schedule. This matter is set for further status call to discuss case progression and trial setting on October 7, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. The parties shall use the case conference instructions at Filing No. 56 to participate in the call.
