ORDER: Before the Court is Defendant Mesa Underwriters Specialty Insurance Company's 112 Motion for Injunction. In its Reply, Mesa informs the Court that the arbitrator agreed to stay the arbitration until the Tenth Circuit's appeal is concluded. Dkt. 116, p.2. Accordingly, Mesa's 112 Motion for Injunction is DENIED AS MOOT, subject to re-filing following the appeal, if necessary.
