Order on Motion for Extension of Time
ORDER denying 132 Letter Motion for Extension of Time. My order on September 15, 2026 (ECF 120) did not strike the overlength reply brief in support of their sanctions motion (ECF 117); had I done so, I would have directed the Clerk of Court to strike the filing at ECF 117. Instead, I permitted Verner to file a sur-reply to address new arguments. Attorney Defendants should not file a shortened version of the reply brief on the docket. In the future, all parties are expected to respect the word limitations. The motion for extension of time (ECF 132) is DENIED. The Clerk of Court is respectfully requested to terminate ECF 132.
