The last date to file any motion to compel expert discovery is March 11, 2027. All expert discovery is to be completed by March 25, 2027. Any dispositive motions are due no later than April 15, 2027. A trial date will be set within 14 days of the dispositive motions deadline. Trial will commence no later than four months after the dispositive motions deadline. Pursuant to this Court's previous consolidation order, Plaintiffs' claims will be tried together. Additionally, finding good cause, this Court grants Plaintiff Nichelle Carter's Unopposed Motion for Leave to File Amended Complaint Out of Time in the trailing case, No. 3:25-cv-02446-IM, ECF 46 . Plaintiff Carter shall have seven (7) days to file any Second Amended Complaint on behalf of Plaintiff Carter or a consolidated complaint brought on behalf of both the leading and trailing plaintiffs. This Court expects conferral on any discovery issues and encourages conferral on the possibility of mediation.
