For the reasons stated in this ORDER, Defendant Vitalcore Health Strategies, LLC's Motion to Dismiss 56 is GRANTED and Plaintiffs' Monell claim is dismissed without prejudice. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Jefferson County Defenda nts' Motion to Dismiss 30 is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART.
On or before the close of business on October 14, 2026, Plaintiffs may file a First Amended Complaint addressing the pleading deficiencies as discussed in the Order.
