Letter
Letter In accordance with the Courts August 14, 2026 Text Order by ML & UK Palm LLC (Attachments: # 1 Dkt 12-4 Loan Agreement, # 2 Dkt 139 Oral Ruling Transcript) (Eisenberger, Sheldon)
Order(Other)
ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Appellant's 36 Letter supplying the "Loan Agreement" and "Oral Ruling Transcript." The Court cannot accept these filings in their current form, because there is no indication where and when, in the underlying bankruptcy record, they were filed. See Fed. R. Bankr. R. 8018(b)(1) (requiring disclosure of "excerpts from the record" (emphasis added)). Indeed, the Oral Ruling Transcript appears to be in a different format than the official transcript filed at Dkt. 139 in the Bankruptcy Court, and is missing the official notice of filing, at Dkt. 139-1. In a similar vein, the Court cannot determine where or when the Loan Agreement was filed, as there appear to be several different iterations on the Bankruptcy Court's docket, at Dkt. 31-1 and 12-4. Appellant is directed to submit corrected filings by August 20, 2026. Ordered by Judge Pamela K. Chen on 8/14/2026. (FA)
