The Court finds Plaintiff has met his burden of showing that good cause exists to seal the relevant documents. The Exhibit shall also be filed EX PARTE, and no copy needs to be served on the Defendant unless the Court believes it is necessary. The Clerk is DIRECTED to accept Exhibit 1 under seal and ex parte, for the court's eyes only. Plaintiff advises that certain personal identifying information may be contained in the documents. Any such information, such as Social Security numbers, dates of birth or account numbers shall be redacted by the Plaintiff before filing the documents.
