A hearing on the Motion is scheduled for September 28, 2026. In accordance with the Standing Order for Civil Cases (Dkt. 10 ), any opposition to the Motion was due on Monday, August 3, 2026. No opposition has been filed. Consequently, on or before September 9, 2026, Plaintiffs shall file an opposition or notice of non-opposition to the Motion. If no opposition is filed by the deadline, the Motion will be deemed unopposed. See Local Rule 7-12.
