Order Setting Hearing on Motion
ORDER by Magistrate Judge Susan Prose on August 17, 2026. Defendants recently filed two Motions in this matter--the 249 Motion to Exclude and the 250 Motion for Protective Order ("Motions")--which raise significant evidentiary issues that demand this court's immediate attention. In light of these issues and the impending trial, the court hereby sets a schedule for expedited briefing on the Motions. Plaintiffs' responses to the Motions, if any, are due on or before August 24. Defendants' replies, if any, are due on or before August 31.
Further, the court finds that in-person oral argument would materially assist in the disposition of the Motions. Accordingly, the court will hear argument on the 249 Motion to Exclude and 250 Motion for Protective Order and all related briefing on September 8, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.. The hearing will be held before Judge Prose in Courtroom A-502, on the fifth floor of the Alfred A. Arraj United States Courthouse located at 901 19th Street, Denver, Colorado.
