ORDER. For the above reasons, the Motion for Prejudgment Attachment [ECF 43 ] is denied. This Court directs the Clerk of Court to lift the Level 2 Restricted Access placed on ECF 43 and make it a publicly available document. Plaintiff's original request to proceed ex parte is now moot considering Plaintiff docketed a public version of the Motion at ECF 51-1. In addition, Defendants' Motion to Supplement [ECF 54 ] is granted without objection. This Court includes for consideration the supplemental filing at ECF 54 (which the Court finds to replace ECF 52 ) as well as Plaintiff's responsive filing at ECF 55 .
