Minute Entry for Proceedings Held Before Magistrate Judge Valerie E. Torres and Minute Order Setting Early Neutral Evaluation Conference and Case Management Conference ("ENE/CMC"). The Court held a Settlement Disposition Conference on July 24, 2026. The parties requested an ENE/CMC. Accordingly, the Court hereby RESETS the vacated ENE/CMC (ECF No. 9 ) to August 7, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. before Magistrate Judge Valerie E. Torres. All parties and counsel are required to appear. The parties shall (i) meet and confer by July 31, 2026 and (ii) file their joint discovery plan and lodge their confidential settlement briefs and participant lists with the Court (via email at efile_torres@casd.uscourts.gov) by August 4, 2026. The Court will provide video conference information two business days prior to the ENE/CMC. All other aspects of the order setting the ENE/CMC (ECF No. 9 ) are in effect.
