EO: On March 13, 2025, the Court vacated the trial date and all unexpired deadlines as to Plaintiff Robin Hall's ("Hall") claims against Defendant Leonard Letoto ("Letoto"), and administratively closed the case, due to the automatic bankruptcy stay. ECF 263. The Court directs counsel for Hall and Letoto to file a joint status report regarding the bankruptcy case by September 14, 2026. If Hall and Letoto have resolved their remaining claims, they may alternatively submit a stipulation for dismissal to kobayashi_orders@hid.uscourts.gov by September 14, 2026.
