ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Defendants' 129 letter reporting the difficulties in obtaining the video referenced in Defendants' letter. Accordingly, the Court extends the deadline to complete fact discovery until October 16, 2026 in order to give the parties time to exhaust the possibilities for obtaining the video and to complete any remaining fact discovery. The parties are advised that this is a final deadline for fact discovery and that not further extensions should be expected for any reason.
The parties are directed to file a joint status report by October 1, 2026 detailing what, if any, expert discovery is anticipated in this matter. Ordered by Magistrate Judge Clay H. Kaminsky on 7/7/2026. (MAS)
