Defendant McGowan & Company, Inc. may refile its Motion to Dismiss only after meeting and conferring with Plaintiff, and any such Motion must include the required certification. The parties shall file a stipulation of dismissal or joint status report regarding settlement on or before 8/17/2026. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all hearings and deadlines in this case, are cancelled. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Court expressly retains jurisdiction in this matter to consider any issue arising during the period when settlement is being finalized, including, but not limited to, enforcing settlement.
