Order on Motion for Extension of Time
ORDER. JJ Motor Company d/b/a Key Hyundai of Milford's consent motion to modify the scheduling order, ECF No. 30, is GRANTED. The deadline for the close of all discovery is extended to August 21, 2026.
In light of this extension, the Court sua sponte extends the remaining deadlines in the Initial Scheduling Order, ECF No. 20, as follows:
The parties may jointly file a request to meet with a Magistrate Judge to discuss settlement by August 28, 2026.
Dispositive motions shall be filed by October 30, 2026. Responses to dispositive motions shall be filed by November 20, 2026, and any replies to responses to dispositive motions shall be filed by December 4, 2026.
The Joint Trial Memorandum, which shall include, inter alia, any and all motions in limine, shall be filed by January 8, 2027, or thirty (30) days after the Court rules on any dispositive motions.
The trial ready date shall be February 8, 2027, or thirty (30) days after the Joint Trial Memorandum is filed.
