ORDER re 30 : The parties attached a stipulation of dismissal in their motion for settlement approval pursuant to Cheeks v. Freeport Pancake House, Inc., 796 F.3d 199 (2d Cir. 2015). (See ECF 30-1.) However, as stated at the 01/30/2025 Motion Hearing, the stipulation of dismissal was not signed and executed by defense counsel. (See Tr. 3:13-17.) Accordingly, by 04/10/2026, defense counsel shall sign and file a revised stipulation of dismissal containing the required signatures pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41.
