MINUTE entry before the Honorable Edmond E. Chang: The Court posts this docket entry to make a record: a person who asserts that he is a claimant in this class action left a voicemail on the Court's chambers line today. The Courtroom Deputy emailed the information in the voicemail to the Plaintiffs' lawyers, with defense counsel copied. The Court's forwarding of the information does not reflect a judgment on the claim one way or the other. Counsel for the Plaintiffs later emailed the courtroom deputy, with defense counsel copied, to report that the Claims Administrator has been in contact with the person who left the voicemail and reported the status of his claim and the need for further documentation to substantiate the basis for any participation in the settlement fund. The Plaintiffs' counsel further reported that he believes no further action will be needed to be taken by counsel or the Court. Emailed notice (mw, ) (Entered: 01/27/2025)
