MINUTE entry before the Honorable Lindsay C. Jenkins: The motion to strike portions of John Tira's amended expert report, or alternatively to reopen expert discovery, 97 98 is granted in part and denied in part. See the attached order for further details. Expert discovery is re-opened for the limited purpose of allowing Defendants to re-depose Tira on the amended revenue classifications issue. That deposition may not exceed two hours. Defendants may also issue a supplemental expert report of their own from Kate Latter within this same scope. A status report that updates the court on the progress of the remaining expert discovery is due by November 23, 2026. The court sets this longer date with the summary judgment briefing schedule in mind. If the parties complete the work earlier, they should jointly notify the court as soon as practicable.
