TEXT ORDER: As per today's Initial Scheduling Conference by Videoconference and the parties' agreement, the parties shall exchange Rule 26 Disclosures on or before 6/30/26 and pursue mediation. As per the parties' agreement, discovery and the issuance of a Pretrial Scheduling Order shall be deferred, pending the outcome of mediation, pursuant to Local Civil Rule 16.1(a)(1). The parties shall submit a joint letter on or before 7/8/26, confirming the name of the selected mediator and date of the scheduled mediation. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Jessica S.
