REVISED SCHEDULING ORDER granting 15 Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery. The following Revised Scheduling Order is adopted, after consultation with counsel for the parties, pursuant to Rules 26(f) and 16 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure: 1. All fact discovery to be completed by June 24, 2026; 2. Plaintiff to provide Rule 26 expert disclosures by July 24, 2026; 3. Defendant to provide Rule 26 expert disclosure by August 25, 2026; 4. All discovery, inclusive of expert depositions, to be completed by September 24, 2026; 5.
