TEXT ORDER: To advance the goal of efficient case management and to maintain an orderly docket, Defendants Josh Weiner, Mariners Bank, Spencer Bank, Saldutti Law Firm, BUPM NJ Assets LLC, Warren Martin, and Porzio Bromberg and Newman PC (the "Moving Defendants") shall file, within 60 days of this Order, a renewed joint notice of motion in connection with their respective motions to dismiss. The joint notice of motion shall incorporate by reference each of the Moving Defendants' papers filed in support of their respective motions. The Moving Defendants need not refile their supporting papers. The Clerk of Court is directed to administratively terminate those motions, which are filed at D.E. 8 , 9 , 11 , 28 , and 35 . Additionally, this Court notes that Plaintiff's "motion for contempt," D.E. 30 , was not filed with the Court's leave, as required by this Court's Civil Case Management Order (available at https://www.njd.uscourts.gov/sites/njd/files/JudgeEspinosa_CIvil_Case_ Mgmt_Order _Final%204-26-21.pdf). The Clerk of Court is further directed to administratively terminate that motion, filed at D.E. 30 . Plaintiff need not refile his motion.
