The Court has before it the Motion to Withdraw as Attorney for Defendants Tracy Lee Hurst, The Mary v. Naphtali Irrevocable Trust, and The Tracy Lee Hurst Living Trust (ECF No. 26 ). Other than entries by the Court that prompted various motions to withdraw, and one opposition of the Court's notice of an intent to dismiss, no one has appeared or otherwise taken any action in the case since 2023.
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, under the totality of the circumstance, the Motion to Withdraw as Attorney for Defendants Tracy Lee Hurst, The Mary V. Naphtali Irrevocable Trust, and The Tracy Lee Hurst Living Trust (ECF No. 26 ) is GRANTED.
