District Judge Leo T. Sorokin: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered. In light of the notice filed today, Doc. No. 142 , the Court hereby VACATES its prior order requiring a status report, Doc. No. 141 , and instead ORDERS as follows. By October 21, 2026, plaintiff’s counsel shall file a status report informing the Court: 1) whether Mr. Wilson’s estate intends to file a motion to substitute itself as the plaintiff in this action; and 2) to the extent known to counsel, the status of the repairs and testing of the car that is the subject of this lawsuit.(FGD)
