Minutes of In Chambers Order/Directive - no proceeding held ~Util - Terminate Deadlines and Hearings
MINUTES (In Chambers): ORDER VACATING SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE by Magistrate Judge A. Joel Richlin: The Court previously scheduled a settlement conference for Friday, July 10, 2026. (Dkt. 60.) The parties have submitted mediation briefs and the Court has had separate video calls with the parties to check in. Based on the discussion with the parties, it is clear that now is not an ideal time in the case for a settlement conference. Therefore, the Court VACATES the settlement conference previously scheduled for July 10, 2026. The Court remains available to assist the parties with a settlement conference in the future and the parties are welcome to reach out by email should they want to reengage (AJR_Chambers@cacd.uscourts.gov).
