TEXT ORDER: After the Court granted Plaintiff's 44 motion to extend the discovery deadlines, Defendant filed a 46 motion of its own requesting the same relief. Defendant proposes extensions a few weeks longer than what the Plaintiff asked for and what the Court granted. In light of the Court's extension, Defendant's 46 motion is DENIED without prejudice. If the parties believe that a September 11, 2026 discovery deadline and an October 1, 2026 dispositive motion deadline does not provide enough time to complete discovery, they may file a renewed joint motion requesting a further extension.
