Order [non-document] On June 26, 2026, Defendant Northern Stamping, Inc. ("NSI") filed its Motion for Extension of Time to File an Amended Motion for Attorneys' Fees (the "Motion"). (Doc. No. 132 .) In the Motion, NSI seeks an extension of time to file an amended fees motion which will forego any basis of recovery against Plaintiff Horizon Global Americas, Inc. ("Horizon") and instead seek fees exclusively from Horizon's former counsel, McDonald Hopkins LLC. (Id., PageID# 4264.) In the Motion, NSI also represents that it will withdraw its subpoenas to Mr. Stanifer and Mr. Cupar. In its Response, McDonald Hopkins LLC represents that it consents to the extension of time contingent upon NSI's agreement that it will abandon its efforts to recover fees from Horizon. (Doc. No. 133 .) This Court construes NSI's Reply, see (Doc. No. 134 ), as an agreement that it will not seek fees against Horizon, and with that understanding, the Court hereby grants the Motion and lifts the stay, see (Doc. No. 130 ). Thus, NSI shall file its Amended Motion for Attorneys' Fees, see (Doc. No. 132 -2), and withdraw its subpoenas to Mr. Stanifer and Mr. Cupar with this Court by Tuesday, July 28, 2027. McDonald Hopkins, LLC must file any response/opposition to NSI's Amended Motion for Attorneys' Fees within 30 days of NSI's filing of it and NSI must file any Reply in support of its Amended Motion for Attorneys' Fees within 14 days of the filing of any response/opposition.
