This order shall have no effect on the judgment entered in the state court action or the terms of the settlement agreement between Plaintiff and the Prodigy Defendants. Crandall that he is currently not in active status as a member of this court's bar and therefore cannot practice before this court. Mr. Crandall has neither responded to that notice in writing nor renewed his registration.
