SECOND AMENDED CLASS ACTION SCHEDULING ORDER - FIRST PHASE
ORDERED the parties' Second Joint Motion to Amend Scheduling Order (Doc. #18) is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. The parties motion for additional time is granted as set forth herein.
1. This matter is set for a telephone conference on March 2, 2027 at 10:00 a.m. to schedule a trial date and related deadlines.
2. On or before February 22, 2027, the parties shall submit a joint proposed second phase discovery plan. The proposed second phase scheduling order shall comply with the requirements set forth in the Courts Rule 16 Notice. (Doc. #11).
3. Plaintiffs shall file any motion for class certification by November 2, 2026. Any motion for class certification shall comply with the requirements established by Local Rule.
4. Plaintiffs shall designate any class certification-related expert witness by September 3, 2026. Defendants shall designate any class certification-related expert witness by October 1, 2026. Any rebuttal expert witness shall be designated by October 16, 2026.
5. All pretrial discovery authorized by the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and related to Class Discovery shall be completed on or before December 10, 2026.
6. All other deadlines and requirements otherwise set forth in the Class Action Scheduling Order First Phase (Doc. #14) remain in effect and unaltered.
