The parties' Stipulated Protective Order at ECF No. 14 is DENIED without prejudice. The Court rejects Paragraph 9(c). Any discovery disputes, including disputes regarding the designation of documents or application of the protective order, must be addressed pursuant to the Court's Standing Order at ECF No. 11. The Parties are also strongly encouraged to address the use of artificial intelligence in their stipulated protective orders per the Court's Standing Order (ECF No. 11). IT IS ORDERED the parties have leave to file an amended stipulation consistent with this Order.
