ORDER - IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Ramos's motion to stay discovery, (ECF No. 13 ), is GRANTED and discovery is stayed in this case pending resolution of the motion to dismiss.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Ramos's motion for protective order, (ECF No. 14 ), is DENIED as moot.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Roberts's proposed discovery plan and scheduling order, (ECF No. 6 ), is DENIED as moot.
IT IS FUTHER ORDERED that if the motion to dismiss is denied, the parties shall file a Proposed Discovery Plan and Scheduling Order within 30 days of the entry of the order denying the motion to dismiss.
