Magistrate Judge Jennifer C. Boal: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered DENYING 329 and 332 Motions for Leave to File. MasMarques seeks to file a motion for an order declaring Plaintiff Greenspan a vexatious litigant and imposing certain prefiling restrictions. The request is denied. The parties are reminded of Chief Judge Casper's requirement that no party may make any filing in this case without first seeking and receiving leave of Court. See Docket No. 78 . To the extent the scheduling conference order at Docket No. 119 maintained the leave requirement without detailing explicit format limits, this Court hereby clarifies and orders that the prefiling restrictions set forth in Docket No. 78 remain in full effect for all subsequent filings. In other words, motions seeking leave to file shall not exceed five pages, shall comply with L.R. 7.1, and shall not attach any exhibits or appendices. (JL)
