JUDGMENT by Judge John W. Holcomb, in favor of Zerodocs.com, Inc. against The Construction Specifications Institute, Incorporated: It is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED as follows: 1. This Court possesses subject matter jurisdiction over the a bove-captioned action pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Secs. 1331 and 1338. 2. The operative pleading is the Third Amended Complaint of Plaintiff The Construction Specifications Institute, Inc. ("CSI"). 3. Defendant Zerodocs.com, Inc. shall have JUDGM ENT in its FAVOR, and AGAINST CSI. CSI shall take nothing by way of its Third Amended Complaint. This action is DISMISSED. 4. Other than potential post-judgment remedies (including those provided in Rule 54(d) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure), to the extent that any party requests any other form of relief, such request is DENIED.
