ORDER with respect to 47 Letter Motion for Conference. The Court is in receipt of Plaintiff's first letter motion for a conference (Dkt. No. 45), Defendants' opposition thereto (Dkt. No. 47), and Plaintiff's second letter motion for a conference (Dkt. No. 47). The Court would like to hear Defendants' perspective on the issues raised in Plaintiff's second letter motion, particularly in regards to whether they had an obligation to preserve any video footage prior to receipt of a preservation letter.
