MEMORANDUM AND ORDER - IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: The plaintiffs' motion for attorney fees and costs (Filing No. 147 ) is granted. The plaintiffs, on behalf of the class, are awarded 30% of the Total Settlement Amount of $10,000,000.00 ($3,000,000.00) in attorney fees. The plaintiffs Durwin Sharp, Joseph Ponzo, Kathryn Meyers, and Joshua Whipp, individually, are each awarded $5,000.00 as a service award.
