MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Magistrate Judge Maximiliano D. Couvillier, III on 8/24/2026. The Court has reviewed plaintiff's Substitution of Counsel (ECF Nos. 21, 22) and Jason Lather's Motion to Withdraw as Counsel for plaintiff (ECF No. 27). Both filings ask for the same relief that Mr. Lather be allowed to withdraw as counsel for plaintiff and that plaintiff proceed in proper person. Thus, the Court DENIES as moot the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel (ECF No. 27) and GRANTS the Substitution of Counsel (ECF Nos. 21, 22). IT IS ORDERED that Jason F. Lather and Lather Law are hereby relieved as counsel of record for plaintiff and that plaintiff will proceed in proper person.
