TEXT ORDER: The Court has reviewed plaintiffs' 8/6/26 letter requesting leave to file a motion pursuant to Rule 25(a) substituting the executors of defendant's Turimala's estate, and to extend the deadline to effect service pursuant to Rule 4(m). (Dkt. 11 .) Finding good cause to do so, the Court construes the letter as a Rule 25(a) motion, and directs plaintiffs to supplement the motion by filing via CM/ECF forthwith (i) documents sufficient to demonstrate the probate court's appointment of the executors to be substituted; and (ii) a proposed order. Pursuant to Rules 5 and 25(a), plaintiffs shall serve on the executors of Turimala's estate copies of the 8/6/26 letter, this text order, and the additional documents referenced above. Upon good cause shown, the deadline to effect service is extended 60 days from the date of this order. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge J. Brendan Day on 8/7/2026. (cry)
