   Order on Motion for Extension of Time to File Response/Reply Order Dismissing Case

   ORDER: On July 3, 2025, the Court ordered that U.S. Bank National Association ("USBNA") "must show cause by July 17, 2025 in writing, through sworn affidavit, why this Court should not dismiss this case for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, without prejudice to filing in the proper forum." (Show Cause Order, ECF No. 19 .) The Court made clear that "[i]f USBNA does not respond by July 17, 2025... the Complaint will be dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction." (Id.)
   
   On July 18, 2025, after USBNA's July 17, 2025 deadline to respond to the Court's Order to Show Cause had already passed, USBNA requested a one-day extension to file its response that same day--July 18, 2025. (ECF No. 20 .) USBNA's counsel explained that counsel was "having computer issues that are preventing me from saving all of the exhibits to my response." (Id.) As of the date of this order, six days have passed since USBNA's deadline to respond to the Court's Order to Show Cause, and USBNA has still failed to file its response. Therefore, USBNA's Motion for Extension of Time (ECF No. 20 ) is denied, and the Court dismisses this case for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, without prejudice to filing in the proper forum.
