Plaintiff Adam White was present and was later excused with the parties' consent. Hector Roman appeared on behalf of Defendant Sholem Klein, who was present. Rachel Seligman appeared on behalf of Defendant City of New York. The Police Officer Defendants were excused from the settlement conference. As stated on the record, by 06/10/2026 at 4:00 P.M., counsel shall confer with their respective clients and shall submit responses to the Court's mediator's proposal via ex parte email to henry_chambers@nyed.uscourts.gov.
