ORDER: On February 2, 2026, Magistrate Judge Robert Levy issued a report and recommendation (the "R&R") 10 , which recommends that the Court grant Plaintiff's motion 5 to remand to state court. No objections have been filed. Accordingly, having reviewed the R&R for clear error and, finding none, the Court hereby ADOPTS the R&R in its entirety as the opinion of this Court.
