ORDER granting 36 Letter Motion for Extension of Time to Amend. Having considered Plaintiff's request for a 60-day nunc pro tunc extension to file a Second Amended Complaint and Defendants' opposition (see Dkts. 36, 37, 38), the request is granted principally for the reasons as set forth by Plaintiff in Dkts. 36 and 38. Accordingly, Plaintiff shall file a Second Amended Complaint, if any, no later than December 1, 2026. Absent timely filing of a Second Amended Complaint or other court order, the case will be dismissed at that time.
