PAPERLESS ORDER SETTING DEADLINE FOR FILING DISMISSAL DOCUMENTS: According to the Mediation Report [DE 44], the parties have resolved all of their claims. The Court congratulates the parties on their amicable resolution of this matter. As this case involves alleged violations of the FLSA, the parties shall file a joint motion for settlement approval and joint stipulation for dismissal with prejudice on or before July 7, 2026. Additionally, the parties shall email a copy of the Settlement Agreement to matthewman@flsd.uscourts.gov for in camera review on or before July 7, 2026. Thereafter, the Court shall conduct a Fairness Hearing via Zoom Video Teleconference (VTC) on July 9, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in the West Palm Beach Division before Chief Magistrate Judge William Matthewman.
