Grosjean on July 16, 2026: On July 16, 2026, the parties filed a stipulation to continue the July 28, 2026, scheduling conference (ECF No. 24 ), requesting that the scheduling conference be vacated to allow service on the newly named defendants that were recently added with the filing of Plaintiff's Second Amended Complaint on July 15, 2026. (ECF Nos. 28 , 29 ). While the parties stipulate to the scheduling conference being vacated and taken off calendar completely, only being reset upon the filing of a status report no later than 14 days after the last newly named defendant responds to the Second Amended Complaint, the Court will instead set a scheduling conference consistent with service requirements under FRCP Rule 4(m). As such, the Court shall reset the currently set scheduling conference from July 28, 2026, to October 14, 2026 at 10:00 AM before Magistrate Judge Erica P. Grosjean. To connect to the conference via telephone, the parties shall (1 ) dial 1-669-254-5252, (2) enter 161 733 0675 for the meeting ID followed by #, (3) enter # when asked for the participant ID, (4) enter 740484 for the meeting passcode followed by #, and (5) enter *6 to unmute.
