ORDER RE PETITION FOR APPROVAL OF PROPOSED SETTLEMENT OF CLAIM INVOLVING A MINOR CHILD by Judge Stephen V. Wilson. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the aforementioned provisional settlement agreement entered into by the parties hereto be, and the same hereby is, approved. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the remaining balance of the settlement fund namely, $8,055.59, be deposited in a federally-insured, interest-bearing account in the Wells Fargo, 18005 South Avalon Boulevard, Carson, CA 90746 for the exclusive benefit of the minor Plaintiff, S.S. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that no withdrawal from the aforementioned account of Plaintiff S.S. may be made without an express written order from this Court with the single exception that S.S. may, himself, withdraw any and all sums from the account, without an order from the court, upon reaching his eighteenth birthday in 2033.
